Beware @verizonfios Customers. The VZ Fios app does not work, I attempted to cancel a payment due me already making payment and the app is not allowing me to even though I am getting payment canceled message. The last time this happened they took two payments from my acct.

@Phatpuss*Biiih My system crashed all day. I spent the last half of the day troubleshooting an issue I have no control over. Our VPN is NOT robust enough to handle the traffic. I have the best internet service( top teir FiOS gigabyte plan) plus cat6 ethernet cables. It's not me it's them.

@VerizonSupport If there's a limit to how much we can use in a day, say so. If it's down for maintenance, say so. But obviously #FIOS is slowing down or stopping my service on a nightly BASIS between 1am & 3am.

I recently switched from Comcast to @verizonfios and there have been nothing but issues. The WiFi wasn’t installed correctly. No differentiation between the frequencies so the internet was ridiculously slow. We never received our passcode for the app which we were told could...

I am quite tired of Xfinity's extremely poor service, but you keep sending mail, delivering ads to me online, and having your reps stop me in stores when it feels as if you've never actually tried to make FIOS accessible to me all these years. How frustrating and, frankly, shady.

@softuch25 Cut the cord at least 5 or more years ago. I recently got a great deal on FIOS Internet and definitely never and I mean never going back to Comcast (aka Crapcast) .

Just putting this out there …Verizon FIOS will not support One America News (OAN) Network as of 7/31/22. Had it on every day in my home. Does anyone know who will support it? I need to remove FIOS from my home. Thank you.
